The Pennant Construction Management team is led by Ron Goss, Jr. who has over three decades in the real estate and construction industries in North Georgia. A graduate of Lee University, Ron holds the highest-tier general contractor’s license in the State of Georgia. Field experience with raw land includes commercial and residential site development, road and utility installation, and the development of recreation facilities and trails. Commercial construction experience includes the development of offices, retail, restaurants, places of worship, educational facilities, entertainment venues and extensive work in the field of historic preservation.

Ron Goss has also served contractually as a planning & zoning administrator and a project manager for multiple municipalities in Northwest Georgia. Experience in this capacity has ranged from reviewing and approval of preliminary subdivision plats/development, oversight of city engineering and public works projects, SPLOST development, state and federal grant development, and the management of over sixty public works contracts on behalf of cities.

Lorie Tidwell Goss brings over twenty-five years of knowledge of the real estate and construction industries into her role as President and Chief Administrative Officer of Pennant Construction Management. A graduate of American University, Lorie’s responsibilities include administrative oversight of construction contracts, insurance and sureties, accounting, banking relationships and organizational strategy. Professionally, Lorie’s previous experience in administration within the medical profession and in the real estate field made for a natural transition into the leadership of Pennant Construction Management.

Ron and Lorie Goss’ partnership extends beyond their quarter of a century success with Pennant Construction Management. Married for thirty years, the two lifelong residents of Cartersville are the parents of three adult children and are involved in many aspects of their community and with Christian Fellowship Church.
