The Pines at Ridgefield Subdivision

Project Overview

With acreage remaining adjacent to the original Ridgefield Subdivisions, Pennant Construction Management, Inc. was contracted to oversee conceptual and site development for the owners as a 170-lot subdivision addition was planned. Overseeing clearing, grading operations, utility installation, curbing and roadwork, Pennant returned developed lots to the owner for new residential construction to be completed by regional homebuilder Smith Douglas. Final phases to be completed in 2025
