Brookhaven Subdivision

Project Overview

Brookhaven Subdivision was established in 2005 and then ceased operations in the downturn of 2010. With several hundred acres remaining for residential development, the undeveloped land was acquired by a Georgia based partnership and Pennant Construction Management, Inc. was employed to oversee conceptual and site development for the owners as they began to sell new phases to national track builders include Rausch Coleman. Overseeing clearing, grading operations, utility installation, curbing and roadwork for each new phase, Pennant Construction Management was also involved with the installation of a new subdivision pool and the replacement of aging sewerage lift stations services the development. The current phase includes 282 residential lots with more phases planned in the future.
