Project Overview

On acreage that once housed two farms, Pennant Construction Management, Inc. was contracted to work with engineers on the conceptual and site development for the owners as a 1-acre proposed subdivision. The task to overseeing clearing, grading operations, utility installation, curbing and roadwork, will also include the construction of neighborhood amenities to include pavilion, pool and launch site on the Etowah River. The lots will be built on by a national builder with the final phases to be completed in 2026.
