Cici’s pizza – calhoun, georgia

Project Overview

CiCi’s Pizza, a well-known staple in the restaurant industry, called on Pennant Construction Management Inc. to transform an empty building into the franchises’ first location since the coronavirus pandemic. The Calhoun location features the largest game room in CiCi’s Pizza history providing customers with an incredible dining and entertainment experience. 

The build-out marked the fourth project Pennant Construction Management and CiCi’s Pizza partnered together to complete. The scope of work consisted of new plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems, including the install of all kitchen equipment to bring the building up to code. The location also received a new storefront, fire suppression system and interior finishes to make the CiCi’s Calhoun experience top-of-the-line. The community will be able to enjoy this location for many years to come!
