The City of Rome has announced Pennant Construction Management, Inc. as the general contractor for its North Broad Street Park project this summer. A new playground, restroom facility and covered pavilion will be built to serve the needs of the local community. PCM is excited to get to work with another municipality and bring the City of Rome’s vision to life!
