The City of Emerson has selected Pennant Construction Management, Inc. to serve as the general contractor for the construction of Webb Park this summer. The project will consist of a new playground, pickleball and basketball courts and picnic areas for the community to enjoy. Located just one block from City Hall, Webb Park will serve the recreational needs of Emerson’s growing population. Pennant is excited to break ground and begin work on this recreational addition for the City of Emerson!
