Pennant Construction Management, Inc. was chosen by the City of Rome for the design-build of its Garrard Park project. The park, located on the property of Rome’s first airport, will be a new site for recreation in the area. The scope of work consists of two new playgrounds for ages 2-5 and 5-12, a pedal park for kids to enjoy, a pavilion with restrooms and a walking trail. The design phase is currently underway and construction is projected to be completed by the beginning of October. Pennant is appreciative to the City of Rome for the opportunity and is excited to continue its relationship.
