South Avenue Bungalow 

Project Overview

This early 20th century bungalow was held in the same family for decades and when purchased was approaching condemnation. Pennant Construction Management, Inc. was tasked with working with the owner to stabilize the structure and develop a new contemporary layout. Once the foundation was stabilized, wall deformities corrected and sagging roof put back into place, the true fun began. All new electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems were added and then a modern but vintage interior was installed. The reclaiming of historic hardwood, fireplace and trims brough the history to the house while the modern and sleek new bathrooms, retro kitchen, wet bar and rear porch brough the livability to the project.
