Pennant Construction Management will continue its long relationship with the City of Cartersville after the Cartersville City Council unanimously approved a construction management contract for the renovation of the City of Cartersville Electric Department’s administrative offices. Constructed in the early 1980’s, the electric department has great increased while limited alterations were provided the administrative facilities. The department will vacate the South Erwin Street office for approximately six months to allow Pennant Construction to completely remove all interior components, add two exterior additions including an elevator, and reinstall a modern interior for the department’s present and future needs. Pennant will work closely with Croft & Associates Architects on the project which is to be completed late spring 2024.
