Project Overview

The mixed-use development along Cartersville’s busy Tennessee Street corridor was constructed by Pennant Construction Management, Inc. to house retail establishments, restaurants, and office space. This ground up multi-level project was constructed with a craftsman appeal and became one of the areas’ initial drivers towards regentrification. The development has housed a number of local and national businesses including Fuddruckers, Okinawa, Keller Williams, and Los Arcos.
