Loft Living on Broad  

Project Overview

315 Broad Street once housed one of the first Krystals Restaurants in the state of Georgia with offices located on the second level above. By the 2000’s, the building had seen renovation to the main level, but little to no improvements on the upper floor. Pennant Construction Management, Inc. was hired to remove the former offices and replaced with an upscale loft apartment. Masonry was exposed on walls, hardwood repaired and refinished, and modern bathrooms and kitchen installed to provide a blend of old and new. A deck with lattice arbor was added to the rear to allow for intimate outdoor living overlooking the Ooostanaula River.
