Project Overview

A ministry based performing arts studio, Steps of Faith Dance Studio had been a Bartow County staple for years prior to reaching out to Pennant Construction Management for assistance with their needs for a larger facility. From the planning stage, to architectural, construction and project closeout, staff worked closely with the leadership of the non-profit organization to not only meet the needs of today, but the years to come. The nearly seven-thousand square feet facility contained a series of rehearsal rooms, locker rooms, waiting area, offices, and a black box theatre. Steps of Faith Dance Studio was the first business to open in Pennant’s newly created Walnut Grove Development on Cartersville’s booming West End.
